Raise a return or replacement request within 5 days of delivery by messaging us on WhatsApp with your order details.
Damaged or wrong item
Share an unboxing video and photos. Verified damaged or incorrect items are replaced free of cost, including return shipping.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, nose pins, earrings and custom-made bridal sets cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the item reaching us.
